Only Slightly Drunk
Season 3.15 - Johnny's Phobia, Fat William The Conqueror and The Rise of Liverpool / The Demise of Man Utd
It’s OSD time!
Eddie P is back again this week, but will he be bossing it? He’s going head-to-head with Logan in a discussion over the reasons for Liverpool’s resurgence and Man Utd’s decline, as Johnny plays host and keeps the debate on track.
Who wins? Who loses? Who cares? Not me. But we need you to listen to it, because the bar bill at OSD Towers is fecking huge and we need the cash.
Johnny also takes centre stage with a story all the way from Krakow about his close encounter with a salt mine and an attack of claustrophobia. This leads us nicely onto this weeks Bollocks or Not, in which Logan hits us with a slew of alleged phobias, some of which are real and some of which are not – the other chaps must guess which is which. With Robbo trailing 5-3, he needs the win this week – can he get it?
We’ve also got the usual Today Years Old, Bits of Space and Queens, Kings and Other Interesting Things.
So, if you want to know what the oldest sporting rivalry in the United States is, just how disgracefully huge the star Betelgeuse is and why William the Conqueror had one of the most bizarre funerals in history, pour a drink, sit down and join us.
OSD. It’s like you’re in the room.
